sportsmed is proudly continuing its 13 year relationship with The West Adelaide Football Club.
Physios Ned Pontifex, Tim Glazebrook, Brendan O’Leary, Evan Ramos, Sandeep Thakur & Ben Frick are working across 6 grades.
Ned and Tim are managing the medical and rehab services for the Men’s League and reserves teams. These teams are looking for a big 2022 having signed AFL veteran Hamish Hartlett in the off season.
Brendan is managing rehab for the Women’s program. They’re hopeful of going one better this year after a strong finals series in 2021.
Evan, Sandeep & Ben have a job share role managing rehab for the Centre of Excellence program. This program includes the under 18’s and 16’s teams and consistently produces top AFL draftees.
The women’s season has kicked off and West scored an impressive round 1 win in both grades against North Adelaide. The Men’s and COE teams head into trial matches next month.
