About our Dietitian Services

Our Dietitians work with individuals who want to improve their general health and wellbeing to elite athletes. The have an excellent understanding of the nutritional needs of individuals and specific sports, and can devise a programme to help you achieve your goals.  They specialise in the following areas of dietetic practice:

Sports Nutrition

Individual Consultation

  • Nutrition for sports performance
  • Nutritional management of eating disorders
  • General health and medical conditions — Osteopenia 

Consultancy

  • Sports Nutrition presentations/workshops to sporting organisations, schools and coaches. Topics include:
    • Training Nutrition
    • Hydration
    • Competition and Recovery Nutrition
    • Travel Nutrition
    • Sports Products and Nutritional Supplements
  • Hydration Testing — Assessing on-waking hydration and fluid balance monitoring
  • Supermarket tours and cooking sessions

Stepney is a state-of-the-art healthcare hub featuring a range of services and facilities, including access to an onsite private hospital, two specialist clinics, sports doctors and general practitioners, allied health services including physiotherapy, massage, exercise physiology and podiatry, a gym, a clinical pilates studio, a pathology centre, radiology suite, pharmacy and onsite café.
